Here is the repair guide for Bitmain Antminer L3+ hash rate is low or a hash board is faulty.

1. Please try reloading the firmware:

Visit the Antminer L3 Firmware page to download the corresponding firmware.

2. After loading, operate the miner for 20 minutes.

3. Please first check the controller and PSU. You can test the device with a known-good power supply to inspect the PSU. If you don’t have a spare PSU, try switching the cables between the hash boards to see if the problem persists. If the problem is cable-related, the PSU might be malfunctioning. For more information, please reply to this email.

4. Change the controller cables between the hash boards to test the controller. The hash board is defective if multiple instances of the same hash board exhibit the problem. The controller might be defective if the problem extends along the cable. For more information, please get in touch with us.

5. Test each hash board separately to identify which one is flawed if the problem is still not resolved.

Keep the controller cable and PSU connectors connected to one of the hash boards while cutting the cables from the other two hash boards in order to test each hash board independently. The connected hash board’s status can be seen while the miner is running.

How can each Antminer hash board be tested individually?

  • Make sure that the power supply (the lights can be found), the control board (the miner status can be found) and the two fans can work normally.
  • Ascertain that two other hash boards are not connected to the tested hash board, which should be connected to the control board and power supply.
  • Connect the hash board, control board and power supply as shown below:

  • Normal miner status of testing hash board:

On the miner status screen defective chips are displayed as “xxx”, “—” or ” ASIC≠72
